Before You Begin



Before you begin this program of selfcare for repetitive strain injury, it is very important that you visit your medical doctor to have your condition thoroughly checked out. Sometimes, the symptoms of numbnesss, tingling, or pain you experience are related to other conditions that may not respond well to the selfcare program I am setting out on this website. If you rule out other possible health conditions that may be creating the discomfort you are feeling, then you can proceed with this program with the assurance that there is a clear path of improvement that is possible for you here. I would also strongly advise you to have your doctor review the information on this site so that he or she is fully aware of the measures you will be taking to help yourself recover from your injuries. It’s always very smart to have the full approval of all your caregivers when you are trying to overcome an injury so that all parts of your treatment program work well with each other.
