FAQ -
Vitamin B6

I have heard that taking Vitamin B6 can be helpful for reducing symptoms of a repetitive strain injury. Is that true?

- Vitamin B6 is a vitamin that assists the nerves in their proper function. This does not mean, however, that if you have symptoms that are nerve related, you have a deficiency in Vitamin B6. It is far more likely that you are experiencing the effects of adhesions along the pathway of a nerve, rather than a vitamin deficiency.

It is possible to overdose on Vitamin B6, so if you choose to take it, be cautious. It is always best to consult with your physician or a nutritionist before trying to supplement yourself with vitamins that have a potentially toxic effect, like Vitamin B6.
