"I believe the body/mind is oriented towards health, and given the opportunity, it will move in that direction. I believe the relationship between the client and practitioner provides the context to allow this healing to occur. To create a safe, non-judgemental environment, where the practitioner is truly present and listening, opens a door to healing. I believe mind, body and spirit are inseparable, and to facilitate health, all of these components must be addressed. Educating and empowering my clients is my primary function. My goals are to create ease, balance and integrity within the physical and emotional structure of my clients."
