Occupational Programs For Injury Prevention
Every occupation carries with it an inherent risk of injury, especially to the upper body. The following Occupational Programs are designed to help eliminate the source of strain and tension that leads to injury, for any of the occupations listed. Click on the major headings below to reach the ordering page for each occupational category. Or, you can scroll down the page to see which occupations are listed in each category and click from there. (Occupations may be listed in more than one category.) Please Note: The Occupational Injury Prevention Programs can be used as a stand-alone stretching program to help eliminate work-related strain or they can be used in conjunction with any Self Care Program offered on this website. If you experience symptoms throughout the workday as well as in your private life, then one of the Self Care Programs might be a better, more thorough, choice for you. Click on the "Self Care Progs" link, located on the left.
