It's important to address any adhesions that might be affecting the nerves first, because nerve tissue can be damaged by long term compression, or wear and tear from adhesions that lead to overstimulation of the nerve. So, even if you have lots of other kinds of symptoms in your neck, shoulders, arms or hands, it is important to take care of the nerves that serve your upper body first. Nerve symptoms generally include numbness or tingling. Nerves that are under stress can also cause weakness or aching.
